Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a talented professional to join our team and drive key AI and automation initiatives. Our team focuses on advancing risk control automation, offering high-profile and high-visibility projects that make a substantial impact within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Document current state processes within the risk automation backlog and identify opportunities for automation.
- Collaborate with lead engineers and software architects to assess and implement process automation solutions.
- Present summarized findings on current automation initiatives to leadership stakeholders.
- Support workflow and RPA tool integration to enhance business process efficiency.
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience working with Jira, Confluence, and business process management tools (e.g., Pega, Power Bi, IBM, Flowable, Camunda).
- Hands-on expertise with RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or UI Path.
- Proficiency using SharePoint and Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven presentation and collaboration abilities.
