Job Title: Equipment & Tool Engineer
Location: Everett, Washington (On-site)
Job Summary: Our team is seeking a highly motivated professional to directly support production engineering in a dynamic aerospace manufacturing environment. We focus on process improvement, efficiency, and interfacing with production floor personnel to ensure the safe and reliable delivery of equipment and tooling solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and develop equipment and tooling concepts and specifications to meet aerospace product design and build requirements.
- Participate in design reviews and collaborate on requirements, drawings, models, specifications, and purchase requests for new equipment and tooling.
- Develop and document inspection and usage instructions, preventative maintenance plans, and user training materials for equipment and tooling.
- Manage budgets and schedules to successfully deliver equipment and tooling solutions to production customers.
Required:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
- 3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to spend up to 8 hours standing/walking on the production floor, climb ladders or stairs, work at heights or in tight spaces, and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Regular and predictable attendance is required to meet production engineering needs.
