Position Overview:
As a Change Management Analyst, you’ll lead enterprise-wide change efforts, develop and implement change management strategies, and ensure the successful execution of change deliverables across projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your analytical skills, communication expertise, and project management experience to support our business transformation initiatives
Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale change management initiatives to support strategic objectives
- Develop and deliver change management strategies for complex projects
- Identify resistance and performance gaps, and implement corrective actions
- Provide guidance on organizational plans and actions
- Plan and execute change management deliverables throughout all project phases
- Facilitate team meetings and presentations to ensure effective collaboration
Top Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Change management methodology implementation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
- Experience in change management activities supporting business transformations or ERP implementations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
