Location: Northbrook, IL

Job Type: Long Term Contract

Responsibilities:

• Will provide support to Clinical & Research Quality Assurance (CRQA) Quality Systems for developing a Change Management program for the Medical & Development organization.
• This is to support the Quality Management System.
• Assess current processes and procedures describing change management.
• Apply expertise, regulatory expectations and best practices in developing a global SOP describing the inputs, steps and outputs for a roust Change Management process. This includes changes in external regulations, process for impact assessments, and implementation.

Required Skills:

• Highly Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.)
• Proven experience in developing a Change Management program for a global organization.
• Strong communication skills
• Coordinate interviews and team meetings for information gathering and addressing feedback from stakeholder SOP reviews.
