- Perform advanced and specialized duties in designated human resource program or for a designated human resources project. Responsible for developing compensation models for new HealthCare Company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and advise CHRO on formulation and execution of plans and policies. Act as internal consultant by analyzing and recommending solutions to human resource issues relating to formulation of New Health Care Company. Establish policies and procedures to create new compliance rules. Reports to VP of Human Resources CHRO. Lead special and cross-functional project teams. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Experience as a Senior HR Leader with a fortune 100 company in Benefit and Compensation. Bachelor degree in business administration or related field. Master degree is preferred. Over 10 years of professional level experience in Human Resources required.
