In-Vivo Scientist

Job Description:

• Assist in vivo studies to support Oncology programs conducted by the In Vivo Pharmacology group.

List Major Skills Required:

• Physiologist with animal handling experience. Conduct in vivo and ex vivo experiments. Experience handling rodent species necessary. Oral, SC, IP, RO, IV dosing of animals, Submental, tail nick, and terminal cardiac blood sampling and experience with necropsy procedures required. Experience implanting tumor cell lines subcutaneously and measuring tumor volumes by digital calipers is a plus. Background/experience in oncology and/or rodent surgery is a plus.

Education Preferred:

• Bachelors in Biology or Physiology or related discipline.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

•  > 5 years of relevant experience after degree
