Description:

• Timely completion of routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work orders. Includes basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and dry wall repairs
• Janitorial duties include but not limited to dusting, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash receptacles, and other duties as assigned
• Maintain accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, repairs, work orders, work-in-progress, apartment make-ready status, etc.
