Core Job Responsibilities
- Ensure clear transparency to New Product and Retirement Demand Management Statement which will enable sustainable and predictable delivery on IBP / LBE Commitment at Country, Region, Area and Division Level.
- Primary lead for Commercial Planning activities relative to the New Product Forecast and Strategic Program commercialization.
- Collaborate with Global Regulatory Affairs to generate Area/Country level submission and approval timeline assumptions and coordinate go-to-market launch activities around these milestones.
- Commercial enablement commercial planning and execution
- Primary partner with Global Supply Chain (Operations) Demand Planning Organization to ensure:
- Full alignment on New Product Forecast / Plan being developed for Ramp Up / Ramp Down
- Alignment to New Product Ramp Up / Ramp Down Execution
- Full close out of all Variances
- Oversight of Adjustments to be made to plans, to ensure alignment, between Global Supply Chain and Marketing / Commercial
- Lessons Learnt are being applied to the Process
- Work with Global Marketing, Area & Country Marketing Teams and Area Commercial Excellence / Regional Sales Operations Team to ensure the IBP Demand Management Statement comprehends New Product Plans and Execution performance.
- Commercial Operations responsibility for managing Quality Holds and product supply issues. Working closing withe cross functional team of Marketing, Global Planning and Product Quality Assurance teams.
- Working with Commercial Excellence Team at Area and Sales Excellence Teams at Country / Region Level to identify Process or Learning Gaps and implement improvement plans Establish appropriate metrics to monitor and support Flawless Execution.
- Ensure full alignment, deployment plan, comprehension of the investment to commercialize, in Area, for Strategic Programs.
- Report on Month to Month changes, outlining potential Opportunities and Vulnerabilities. Ensure timely and effective communication and close-out of Key Decisions Made, Elevations and Action Items arising from the relevant Review Process. In relation to the Strategic programs - how the generic assumptions differ per country.
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain or similar areas.
Minimum Requirements / Experience
Minimum of 3 years track record in the life science industry with an emphasis on commercial management or supply chain management in diagnostic and/or medical device business
