Title: Technical Support Specialist
Location: Troy, NY (onsite from day 1)
Job Type: Contract
Shift Timings: Night Shift: 8pm to 4am
Schedule: Sunday night through Thursday night
- Will work independently, respond appropriately, and able to function well on a night shift.
- Will be doing user administration, with different systems adding users, and doing documentation around that.
- Will do routine monitoring, routine activities like checking the server, reviewing the patches, and detail out their findings.
- Restarting or applying a patch might be necessary as well.
- Incident Responses.
- BA degree is nice to have.
- Werum is a plus.
- Need to understand the building blocks – documentation, regulations, user administration, sourcing information within a structure and utilizing the documentation and how to find information within the documentation.
- GMP background is preferred.
- Should have a Windows background.
