This role will support company technology training and integration and system transition activities for the Technology Training Solutions team. The role will be technical in nature and is expected to work across several company systems and platforms, coordinate project activities across multi-functional teams, coordinate project activities and assist with development of needed training materials.
Job Responsibilities will include the following:
Creating and Managing Task Lists
Setting up and Managing Meeting Requests
Drafting and Sending Email Communications
Creating presentation decks in PowerPoint
Setup and manage virtual meetings through MS Teams
Attend and Participant in virtual meetings in MS Teams
Use Chat capabilities in MS Teams
SharePoint Site file management
Works with cross-functional teams to ensure the continuous improvement of training operational projects meet the required standards of the internal stakeholders and identify needed projects.
Managing Project Milestone - Organize, manage and implement project plans, processes, and systems to ensure timely project completion
Communicating effectively within a cross-functional project workstream
Managing Change Management/Communication Plans
Development of Training Materials
3 years of experience specifically in Veeva and CRM
