Position Overview:
The Senior Administrative Assistant will provide advanced administrative support requiring a broad and comprehensive knowledge of company policies, procedures, and practices. This hybrid role includes managing multiple calendars, coordinating travel, handling confidential information, and overseeing various administrative projects. Join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and maintain multiple calendars of appointments and meetings
  • Coordinate travel itineraries and process expenses
  • Respond to complex or confidential questions and requests
  • Analyze and revise operating practices and procedures as necessary
  • Organize and maintain files and record-keeping systems
  • Oversee and monitor administrative projects
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including catering and room booking
  • Manage and administer various documents and spreadsheets
  • Communicate pertinent information among appropriate departments

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven administrative experience in a corporate setting
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word)
  • Superior organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information effectively
  • Demonstrated success in multitasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in scheduling meetings, managing multiple calendars, arranging travel schedules, and processing expenses
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with team members and other admins
  • Resourceful and adept at leveraging relationships to solve problems
