Responsibilities:

  • Execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and increase profitability
  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance sales impact and efficiency
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Provide consultative services based on your expertise and established relationships
  • Prepare compelling sales presentations and proposals to ensure successful outcomes
  • Mentor and lead less experienced sales staff, fostering their growth and success

Top Technical Skills:

  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Outside sales experience, including presentations and independent work

Experience:

  • Minimum 2+ years of sales or business development experience
  • Preferably with agronomy sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, or related field preferred
