Job Title: Analyst-Program/Project 1
Location: Pomona, CA (Hybrid)
We are seeking an Analyst-Program/Project 1 with a knack for data analysis and project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of database programs, spreadsheet software, and at least one programming language. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and assignments. A degree in a related field is required, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules across multiple teams and disciplines
- Develop, store, and update documents
- Track attendance, training, and report statistics
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Develop communications and validate program documentation based on quality standards
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of technical experts and coordinate with senior management
Skills Required:
- Familiarity with company work locations, policies, practices, and procedures
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve audio-visual issues related to virtual and in-person meetings
- Expertise with Power BI or similar dashboard tools
- Expertise with Vision or other process modeling tools
- Ability to create and maintain project plans, project status reports, and executive summaries
- Ability to present complex information to a large audience at the appropriate level of detail
