Job Title: Assistant Construction Manager
Location: Bloomington, MN
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Project Management team to build and maintain client relationships.
- Assist in developing project plans, including safety, quality, and procurement strategies.
- Support contract negotiations, approvals, and execution for various project agreements.
- Coordinate site mobilization and demobilization efforts with the Construction Manager.
- Oversee project documentation, including permits, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Facilitate project safety, quality audits, and materials management processes.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management software and document control.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with construction project sites and program management in various industries.
