Job Title: Associate Project Management
Location: Remote (Open to candidates across all US time zones)
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Project Management to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers the opportunity to work from any US time zone, providing flexibility and convenience for the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support for ongoing and future stability testing initiatives.
- Supervise stability studies, method placement, standards, and release testing at external sites, ensuring all activities align with project objectives.
- Facilitate the coordination of shipments between various sites, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Manage external projects, maintaining clear and concise email communications, and coordinating meetings to ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
- Foster strong relationships with outsourced partners, ensuring excellent communication and multitasking abilities to drive project success.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in synthetic or small molecule analytical work.
- Proven experience with Pharmaceutical Stability Studies.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with ICH guidelines and GMP/GLP testing.
- Experience in small molecule (synthetics) and knowledge of stability testing for those products.
