Job Title: Associate Scientist – Process Development

Location: 100% Onsite, Cambridge, MA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Development: Design, execute, and document primary data packages for drug product design.
  • Technical Problem Solving: Develop solutions for technical issues during process characterization and aseptic manufacturing.
  • Process Support: Assist with clinical and commercial process introductions or transfers within the company’s manufacturing network.
  • Documentation: Author and review technical protocols, reports, and product impact assessments.
  • Regulatory Submissions: Contribute to IND and marketing application submissions.
  • Manufacturing Support: Provide ongoing support for clinical and commercial fill/finish manufacturing operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in teams to drive change, efficiency, and strong relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role
  • Strong understanding of engineering and scientific principles.
  • Background in process development for parenteral drug products.
  • Excellent communication and writing abilities.
  • Ability to design, execute, and document technical processes.
  • Strong skills in addressing process characterization and manufacturing challenges.
  • Experience in authoring and reviewing technical and regulatory documents.
  • Proven capability to work effectively in a highly matrixed team environment.
