Job Title: Bio Process Associate – 2nd Shift
Location: Devens, MA (Onsite)
Job Summary:
- Join our team as a Bio Process Associate, working the 2nd shift in our Devens, MA location. This role involves a rotating shift schedule, ensuring our operations run smoothly around the clock.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate control systems and processes in our Biotechnology Pilot Plants.
- Prepare process buffers and reagents.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of equipment and work area.
- Report any safety, maintenance, and operational variances to management.
- Record data, log activities, and monitor processes.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and safety requirements.
Skills Required:
- High school diploma with a minimum of 5 years process operations experience. A.A.S. or B.S. degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and prior job-related experience.
- Familiarity with general chemistry, mathematics, microbiology, and cGMP clean room operations.
- Keen attention to detail and experience in following and documenting written instructions.
- Committed team player, ready to work in and embrace a team-based culture.
- Ability to work shift work and overtime.
Additional Information:
- This role requires working in a cGMP laboratory and/or manufacturing environment, maintaining high attention to detail, and using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriately.
- This role involves handling chemicals and working in a general office environment.
- Candidates selected for this role will enter a structured training program and must successfully complete all modules, including Biologics orientation training, general knowledge training, and job function training.
