Job Title: Bioprocess Associate
Location: East Syracuse, NY (Onsite)
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dedicated Bioprocess Associate to join our team. This is a day shift role (6am-6pm) with a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays. The position is based at our client’s location in East Syracuse, NY.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set-up, operation, and cleaning of bioprocess equipment
- Preparation of buffers, media, and reagents up to 2000L
- Monitoring of process parameters and escalation of abnormal conditions
- Maintenance of accurate documentation
- Upholding a clean and orderly work environment
- Achieving and maintaining proficiency in assigned tasks through training
Skills Required:
- High school diploma
- Ability to follow written instructions, verify data, and perform minor mathematical equations
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Familiarity with common computer tools, such as web-based applications
- Continuous improvement mindset, a desire to learn, and a drive to contribute to a culture of excellence
Preferred Skills:
- Mechanical aptitude
- Familiarity with general chemistry, microbiology, or clean room operations
- Prior manufacturing experience
- Prior experience with cGMP operations or aseptic technique
