Job Title: Brand Marketing Lead

Job Summary:

  • We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Brand Marketing Lead to drive the global marketing strategy for Kids’ product initiatives. This role plays a pivotal part in crafting compelling, globally resonant brand plans that inspire kids and empower their communities through sport. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strategic thinking, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills to deliver powerful, choreographed storytelling across multiple channels.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive the marketplace amplification strategy & execution of Global Kids priority concepts across the globe.
  • Create and manage our seasonal brand plans and always-on priorities, collaborating closely with Geos and global functional partners.
  • Bring our seasonal brand plans to life, driving brand strength, fueling consumer demand, and strengthening our daily connection with kids and their empowering adults.
  • Support and drive the strategic development of seasonal integrated marketing plans.
  • Manage and foster collaboration throughout the go-to-market process to engage with our key cross-functional partners.
  • Oversee product integration into seasonal programming and manage asset development and distribution across multiple channels to ensure purposeful and choreographed storytelling.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
  • 5+ years experience in consumer marketing or related experience in retail marketing and/or digital brand marketing.
  • Demonstrated passion for inspiring and enabling kids in sport.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile culture with the ability to drive work forward autonomously.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and lead working teams and key partners.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills to build strategic plans/presentations to lead a working team cohesively in the right direction.
