Job Title: Business Analyst 1
Join our dynamic team as a Business Analyst 1, where you’ll play a crucial role in our Apparel/Accessories manufacturing organization. You’ll be working closely with our client’s factories based in the Americas, ensuring smooth operations and on-time delivery. If you’re a detail-oriented professional with a knack for building relationships and managing time-sensitive tasks, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Purchase Orders (PO) effectively, handling revisions, and errors, supporting factory PO acceptance.
- Resolve cost discrepancies, process factory debit/credit notes, and support the factory payment process.
- Provide day-to-day support for factory operations, assisting with value-added services, labeling, packaging, and sample issues.
- Offer backing support for other analysts and senior analysts as needed.
Skills Required:
- Background in business data analytics, planning, marketplace operations, manufacturing, logistics, finance, or distribution.
- Experience with SAP & Clients Connect systems and reporting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with ambiguity.
- Excellent at process adherence, enforcement, and improvement.
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to communicate complex things simply and effectively.
- Proven relationship-building skills and sensitivity to time-bound / timeline-driven work.
Education:
- A Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 0-1 years of directly relevant work experience is required.
- Alternatively, one of the following may be accepted: PhD or Law + 1 yr; Masters + 0-3 yrs; Associate degree + 1-3 yrs; High School + 3-5 yrs.
