Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the HR team to review, develop, and enhance HR content articles, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.
  • Efficiently handle requests received through the HR Knowledge Intake process, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of weekly and monthly reports, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.
  • Provide tactical support for Salesforce testing during regular releases, ensuring the system’s optimal performance.
  • Conduct regular audits of Salesforce access to maintain system integrity and security.
  • Participate in gathering technical requirements for projects and maintaining comprehensive documentation, contributing to the successful execution of projects.
