Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Remote
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a bridge between business users and IT, understanding and addressing specific business needs with IT-based solutions.
- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams, both internally and externally, to implement system and business processes.
- Define system scopes and objectives, and oversee the creation of necessary documentation.
- Evaluate new software products to assess their suitability for current and future IT environments.
- Manage vendor relationships, including issue resolution.
- Facilitate the gathering and documentation of requirements and use cases, and support other project documentation.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a business analyst, with a focus on interviewing end users, identifying problem areas, and translating these into system business solutions.
- Ability to scope solutions in collaboration with architects.
- Experience in a Big 4 firm is a plus.
- Business Analyst Certification is beneficial but not mandatory.
- This role is not suitable for data or systems analysts.
- Experience in maintaining a project’s Microsoft Teams channel is a plus.
