Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to drive the analysis and improvement of business processes for a specialized technology, analytics, and data insights group supporting medical safety, regulatory operations, and compliance. Our team values strong communication and technical documentation skills to deliver impactful data solutions for critical business functions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business functions to understand processes and identify opportunities for enhancing data consumption capabilities.
- Determine solutions to business process challenges by designing and implementing custom tools for data utilization.
- Develop clear system process specifications based on thorough business process analysis.
- Produce expert documentation, including entity relationship diagrams (ERD), process flows, and user guides to support end users.
Required:
- Expertise with PowerBI for data visualization and reporting.
- Strong documentation abilities including ERD, process flow diagrams, and user guide creation.
- Experience in data warehousing with the ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Project management skills and familiarity with tools such as Oracle APEX, Databricks, Snowflake, and Alteryx.
