Key Responsibilities  

  • Serves as Business Analyst on a Global Development Operation Excellence team.
  • Partners with the GDO Excellence Lead, Business Leads, Technical Leads, and Subject Matter Experts.
  • Works as part of a project team to review and assess requests, explore ideas and enhancements, and evaluate global requirements and ongoing business-driven change initiatives.
  • Supports the development of value-driven business cases and well-defined implementation plans.
  • Establishes and develops effective relationships with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to ensure the business and IT delivers solutions which align with business strategies and function priorities.
  • Develop strong understanding of existing business processes and systems within the Global Development Operations organization.
  • Assist in writing and updating Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions to support implementation of solutions.

 
Required Skills:  

  • 4+ years of of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Clinical Operations
  • 4+ years of experience with financial analysis and Process Mapping.
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills with Visio and MS Office Suite. Particular PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Technology
  • Foundational understanding of key business process and workflows of clinical operations, including major clinical systems.
  • Ability to analyze complex sets of data and provide insights.
  • Ability to support and provide appropriate feedback for the development and enhancements of business processes and systems.
  • Ability to develop functional requirements, user stories, and processes to align business key process flows with system requirements.
  • Skilled in writing and updating process documentation, training materials and presentations.
