Job Title: Business Analyst III
Location: Hybrid – Onsite on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and remote on Monday and Friday (EST Hours)
Join our team as a Business Analyst III, where you’ll play a crucial role in driving our omnichannel engagement and digital media strategies. We’re looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing digital data, and supporting customer engagement strategies. If you have hands-on experience with marketing automation tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and paid media platforms within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Create detailed process maps and current-state documentation to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze digital engagement data and marketing performance metrics to provide actionable business insights.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, understandable reports and presentations for business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support digital campaigns and media data reporting.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and are scalable by partnering with IT, Commercial, and Marketing teams.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences sector.
- Strong SQL skills, experience with Snowflake is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of omnichannel marketing, digital data analysis, and customer experience mapping.
- Proven experience in documenting business requirements and conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Experience working with paid media vendors and marketing automation platforms.
- Proficiency with data visualization and documentation tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Visio, Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
