Job Title: Business Operations Associate
Location: New Brunswick, NJ (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
- Join our team as a Business Operations Associate, where you'll be responsible for driving global supply chain activities, leading company-wide projects, and delivering actionable insights through data analytics. You'll also have the opportunity to conduct external benchmarking to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain global supply chain governance and business processes.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions to achieve robust outcomes.
- Drive the standardization of strategic planning processes across the organization.
- Oversee the evaluation of performance and enable data-driven decision making.
- Lead the development of performance metrics and measures.
- Coordinate the implementation of initiatives to improve organizational performance.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, data analytics, life sciences, or business administration.
- 4+ years of experience in business operations, supply chain, or data analytics.
- Proficiency with data science and analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and drive results under pressure.
- Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
