Exciting Opportunity: Cardiovascular Medical Strategy Project Manager!

Location: Hybrid

Duration: 6 months with the possibility to extend

Are you passionate about driving medical strategy and making a significant impact in cardiovascular healthcare? We are looking for a dedicated Cardiovascular Medical Strategy Project Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to shaping the future of cardiovascular medicine!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Medical Strategy Coordination: Support the Director, Mavacamten, in day-to-day medical strategy post-launch needs for the US Medical, Cardiovascular & Established Brands team.
  • Medical Matrix Team Participation: Engage in Medical Matrix Team activities and meetings, contributing to the development, planning, and execution of the Medical Plan aligned with disease area and product strategies.
  • Post-Launch Preparation: Assist in medical education, data generation, training, and communications to ensure successful post-launch activities.
  • High-Impact Initiatives: Support and drive several high-impact initiatives to advance medical planning for the organization.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align medical strategies and achieve organizational goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to evaluate scientific data and medical literature critically.
  • Healthcare & Pharmaceutical Knowledge: Understanding of the US Healthcare system, pharmaceutical industry, and clinical and health economic practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate in a complex matrix environment.
  • Advanced Scientific Degree: MD, PharmD, PhD, MS, NP.
  • Healthcare Experience: At least 2 years of healthcare experience is desirable.
  • Therapeutic Area Expertise: Broad therapeutic area experience, with an emphasis on cardiovascular disease being highly desirable.
