Job Title: Change Management, Communications & Training Specialist

Location: Princeton, NJ (Hybrid)

Job Summary:

  • Join our Global Business Operations (GBO) and Capabilities team as a Change Management, Communications & Training Specialist. You will be responsible for developing strategies, providing leadership, and offering tactical support on change initiatives within GBO. Your role will be crucial in managing changes brought about by our client’s Finance of the Future programs, ensuring alignment of stakeholders, business processes, and technology implementations. You will work closely with Project Leads to plan Change Management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for change management activities supporting our client’s programs.
  • Develop and execute change strategies, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, engagement plans, and success measures.
  • Collaborate with project sponsors, project managers, and key stakeholders in the development, execution, and monitoring of Change Management Plans.
  • Manage partnerships with various stakeholders globally to understand existing performance incentive mechanisms, communications channels, and educational forums.
  • Contribute to other Finance of the Future and Global Business Operations and Capabilities initiatives.
  • Plan and oversee delivery of training and communication materials for stakeholders impacted by strategic change initiatives.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.
  • 6-8 years of change management experience in large scale change initiatives across a global environment.
  • Change Management Certification preferred (PROSCI, CCMP etc.)
  • 7-10 years of Pharma and Finance industry experience preferred.
  • Strong written, verbal and ppt communication skills demonstrated by 6+ years of intermediate experience with MS Office 365 including SharePoint.
  • Experience with Change Management principles and best practices as well as experience working with Enterprise Process Management.
