Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement change management strategies for IT transformation projects.
- Develop communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives.
- Collaborate with project teams to align change efforts with business objectives.
- Create and deliver tailored communication and training materials.
- Monitor and evaluate change adoption and effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, HR, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT change management.
- Knowledge of change management frameworks like ADKAR or Prosci.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
- Experience with large-scale IT implementations is preferred.
