Job Title: Construction Coordinator
Location: Bloomington, MN
Job Responsibilities:
- Support project safety, quality, schedule, and cost control at our client’s location.
- Assist in building client relationships and managing project-related communications.
- Help execute contracts, change orders, and project plans, including safety and quality assurance.
- Coordinate jobsite activities, including mobilization, demobilization, and securing permits.
- Manage supplier and subcontractor registration and pre-qualification efforts.
- Support project controls, including cost reporting, scheduling, and field progress tracking.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).
- Familiarity with document control, scheduling, and project management software is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must meet driving requirements.
