Job Title: Construction Project Management Specialist
Location: Marlborough, MA (Onsite 2 days/week)
Join our team as a Construction Project Management Specialist, where you’ll be at the helm of various construction and signage projects. You’ll be responsible for project scheduling, contractor assignment, and document distribution. You’ll also negotiate pricing, review proposals and invoices, and ensure project completion. Regular updates to the Field Organization and Management about the status of all projects will be part of your role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage various construction and signage projects.
- Distribute necessary project documents to internal and external contacts.
- Negotiate pricing and review proposals and invoices.
- Assign projects to General Contractors and/or Sign Vendors.
- Conduct remote kick-off meetings and send kick-off emails for all projects.
- Adjust Contractor schedule strategies to ensure timely project completion and cost-effectiveness.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction, Facilities, Store Planning, Fixturing, Architectural Design, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and project planning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Word. Experience with Lucernex and Service Channel is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints, specifically floor plans, elevations, and site plans. Knowledge of store layouts, HVAC, electrical and plumbing criteria is desired.
