Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead daily construction activities, ensuring successful project execution from start to finish.
- Guide project planning, scheduling, and cost development to meet critical objectives.
- Build and maintain client relationships, handling proposals and project-related communications.
- Negotiate contracts and manage change orders effectively.
- Implement project plans, including safety, quality assurance, and staffing strategies.
- Oversee project documentation, reporting, and compliance with permits and regulations.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in construction project management across various industries.
- Understanding of accounting principles and ability to manage project finances.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
