Job Title: Data Strategy Manager – Financial Services
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align business needs with data, analytics, and AI strategies.
- Lead a dynamic team to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.
- Develop analyses to provide benchmarks and strategic recommendations using third-party data.
- Conduct comprehensive market and industry research to generate strategic insights and reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with executive leadership to address strategic staffing and data needs.
- Identify areas for process improvement to enhance program maturity.
Skills Required:
- At least five years of experience in strategic program management, financial services, or data analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.
- Proficiency in identifying and building advanced analytics use cases and using analytical tools like Alteryx and Power BI.
- Strong ability to engage with senior stakeholders and solve complex problems creatively.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences.
