Job Title: Demand Planner 3
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish clear end-to-end merchandise plans in partnership with various teams.
- Develop seasonal plans and monthly forecasts inclusive of sales, margin, and inventory at the style color level.
- Deliver a seasonal buy for our client that aligns with Retail Sales, Inventory, and Market expectations.
- Partner with key stakeholders across Geo and Global to optimize business health throughout the product life cycle.
- Recap and analyze the business against forecast weekly and forecast in-season sales and inventories on a monthly basis.
- Support monthly and seasonal inventory planning and management activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of directly relevant work experience in assortment planning and understanding of financial, product, and inventory planning.
- Strong ability to influence and design compelling communication grounded in data.
- Ability to think critically and understand the potential of a style in the marketplace.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Current understanding of consumer and marketplace trends.
- Experience in statistical forecasting, data science, and new ways of working to develop plans and drive better decisions pre and in-season.
