Job Title: Demand Planner 3
Location: Remote
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed product demand plans for assigned categories, leveraging advanced forecasting techniques to anticipate consumer demand and market trends.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making tools and statistical analysis for the validation of initial seasonal products by category.
- Analyze internal demand stream information, categorizing it according to demand patterns.
- Provide technical expertise within the demand planning function, offering mentoring as needed.
- Develop, integrate, and provide short-term forecasts for internal operations, including replenishment data, customer data, sales promotion information, marketing plans, and new distribution/product deletions.
- Contribute to our client’s profitability by ensuring high forecast accuracy.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field. Alternatively, a PhD or Law + 3 yrs; Masters + 4 yrs; Associates degree + 6 yrs; High School + 7 yrs.
- Minimum of 5 years of directly relevant work experience in demand planning.
- Proficiency in advanced forecasting and analysis techniques.
- Strong technical expertise within the demand planning function.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making tools.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
