Job Title: Designer – Marketing – Senior
Location: Framingham, MA (Hybrid)
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing leaders to create high-quality, strategy-driven marketing campaigns that cater to our client’s fast-paced, multi-channel business while enhancing the brand and boosting transactions.
- Work closely with Brand Marketing, Site, Traditional Media, Digital Marketing, and Analytics teams to produce customer-centric creative content that drives performance.
- Develop integrated campaigns across various channels, including site content, home page assets, email, social media content, mobile & video, and in-store signage, ensuring brand consistency.
- Manage the daily operations of the in-house Digital design team and oversee multiple projects with different timelines and complexities.
- Supervise and organize monthly content photo shoots, working with external talent and the internal Content Production team on art direction, crew selection, and shoot planning.
- Present work effectively, articulate design decisions to teams and clients, and respond positively to constructive feedback.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in managing creative concepts and content for customer touchpoints in support of integrated marketing plans and brand strategies.
- Ability to collaborate with various teams and manage multiple work streams.
- Proficiency in developing integrated campaigns across various channels while maintaining brand consistency.
- Experience in managing in-house Digital design teams.
- Ability to oversee, supervise, and organize content photo shoots.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to respond positively to constructive feedback.
