Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager 1
Location: Beaverton, OR
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement retail brand marketing strategies for our key products across multiple retail concepts.
- Obsess over consumer insights, understand shopping behaviors, and build compelling product and innovation stories to drive demand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop comprehensive go-to-market retail marketing strategies.
- Partner with Global, Geo, and City retail marketing teams to set, adopt, and enrich seasonal Retail Brand strategies.
Skills Required:
- 5+ years of retail brand experience (building and implementing strategies).
- Strong understanding of the sport consumer, shopping behaviors, retail journeys, and retail trends.
- Passion for product and storytelling.
- Dedication to details and creative mindset.
- Track record of implementing a test and learn offense.
- Exceptional written, verbal, visual communication, and presentation skills.
- Pro-active problem solver, with an ability to assess an issue and develop action steps for resolution.
