Job Title: Employee Development Specialist 3
Location: Everett, WA
Shift: 1st Shift
Job Responsibilities:
- Apply instructional skills such as preparation, delivery, summary, assessing student progress, remediation, motivation, and engagement.
- Convey information and ideas to individuals or groups using a variety of media, ensuring audience engagement and content retention.
- Identify business-specific learning objectives and adapt curriculum content and delivery methods accordingly.
- Identify potential issues impacting performance and recommend development of improvement recommendations.
- Assess requirements and schedule courses and instructors.
- Analyze, validate, optimize, and coordinate training requests for new hire, recall, and transfer employees.
Skills Required:
- Experience with giving presentations and public speaking.
- 1+ years of experience using reporting tools.
- 3+ years of experience with electrical assembly and/or electronic materials.
- 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- 3+ years of experience working with detailed work instructions or reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience teaching a technical subject matter in an adult learning environment.
- Electrical Systems Responsibility Center (ESRC) process knowledge.
- Strong experience with Electrical systems (fabrication, installations, testing, troubleshooting).
- Experience with designing/developing course content and instructional materials.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using My Learning or other Learning Management Systems.
- Experience organizing, prioritizing, and paying attention to detail while ensuring accuracy
