Pay Rate: $39/hr – $41/hr

Responsibilities:

  • System Ownership: Provide ownership for biopharmaceutical process and analytical equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Engineering Improvements: Identify, lead, and implement engineering-based improvements or upgrades to equipment and facility systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Direct and coordinate equipment maintenance activities to ensure proper functioning and minimize downtime.
  • System Qualification: Ensure necessary commissioning and qualification of systems is completed to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor systems to identify performance risks and implement strategies to mitigate potential issues.
  • Troubleshooting Support: Provide technical troubleshooting support to reduce production downtime and address equipment-related challenges.
  • New Product Support: Support new product/technology introductions by performing engineering assessments and implementing necessary equipment modifications.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with a focus on drug product manufacturing.
  • Experience with analytical equipment such as Osmometers, Spectrophotometers, TOC analyzers, etc.
  • Strong equipment troubleshooting skills and experience in providing continuous ongoing plant support.
  • Knowledge of GMP regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
