Job Summary:
- Join our client’s team as a Financial Analyst, where you’ll play a crucial role in driving sustainable growth through strategic financial insights. You’ll collaborate with various teams to support product creation and ensure alignment with business goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary finance partner for Product Creation teams, participating in leadership discussions.
- Collaborate with Product Teams to translate strategic margin targets into actionable seasonal plans.
- Identify financial impacts of product decisions and propose solutions to meet business needs.
- Work with the Margin Planning team to drive projects that enhance overall margins.
- Track and analyze margin attainment each season, providing scenario plans for improvement.
- Offer ad hoc margin analysis and strategic insights to influence pricing, cost, and demand.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in financial modeling, scenario planning, and financial analysis.
- Strong communication skills to convey financial concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and engage with cross-functional teams.
- 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, or related fields.
