New Opportunity: Global Operations Specialist – Scheduling and Cell Logistics

Location: Remote

Schedule/Shift: Full-time, 12-hour shifts, Saturday through Monday, 12:00 AM ET to 12:00 PM ET

Training: 3-5 months, Monday to Friday, typical 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET, with flexibility for regional training with APAC and EU.

Are you ready to play a critical role in managing patient treatment schedules for innovative cellular immunotherapy products? We’re seeking a dedicated Global Operations Specialist to join our team. As the primary point of contact for manufacturing and logistics partners, you’ll resolve operational issues and ensure a seamless patient experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main scheduling contact for apheresis centers, manufacturing sites, couriers, and logistics partners.
  • Create and maintain patient schedules, monitoring activities throughout the treatment journey.
  • Troubleshoot issues and develop action plans for resolution, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
  • Provide real-time support to external users and facilitate urgent escalations as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver best-in-class customer service.
  • Maintain accurate transactional data and contribute to daily operations meetings and activities.
  • Provide on-call and holiday support as required, demonstrating flexibility and dedication to our mission.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in scheduling, planning, operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 software, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage tense situations with professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work independently.
  • Experience in a regulated environment preferred, along with familiarity with CRM and planning systems.
