Job Title: HRIS Analyst III
Location: Hybrid – Onsite in Princeton, NJ for 3 days per week
Job Responsibilities:
- Offer support and guidance for business end-user inquiries related to Workday operations
- Handle simple to complex configuration of Workday modules
- Ensure overall data integrity, including generic data QC and validation of business requests
- Maintain and update transactional records
- Provide daily reporting/status updates
- Collaborate with Program Leads and cross-functional teams on user challenges, process enhancements, etc.
Skills Required:
- 5 to 10 years of experience with Workday HCM and Recruiting
- Workday HCM Certification is a plus
- Experience with Workday advanced compensation and other modules is a plus
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidential information
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and quality conscious
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively with functional and technical teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially MS PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong communication skills and the ability to write system-related documentation and job aids
