Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator
Location: Boston, MA
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to gather real-time updates on ongoing projects and staffing requirements.
- Manage and update project timelines in our Resource Management software.
- Lead staffing discussions with our client-facing teams.
- Oversee onboarding processes for new team members.
- Manage intern programs.
- Assist in strategic planning for Financial Due Diligence project staffing.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Prior experience in project/resource/HR management or related industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in technology (Microsoft Excel, resource management software, dashboards) and data processing.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and interpersonal.
