IS Analyst Senior Associate

Seeking a talented IS Analyst Senior Associate to join our team!

Location: Onsite at New Albany

Position Overview:

  • As an IS Analyst Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the functionality, security, and compliance of our laboratory systems. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll oversee the configuration, validation, documentation, access management, and troubleshooting of benchtop systems critical to our pharmaceutical research and development endeavors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and optimize benchtop systems to support pharmaceutical research objectives and workflows.
  • Provide expert guidance during the qualification process for laboratory equipment, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including SOPs and CSV deliverables, to support validation efforts.
  • Execute Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system performance.
  • Manage access controls for laboratory systems, enforcing security protocols and user permissions.
  • Diagnose and resolve system and application issues to minimize disruptions and maintain productivity.
  • Implement Microsoft patching and application vulnerability management strategies to mitigate cybersecurity risks.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Windows system administration and Microsoft patch management.
  • Strong understanding of access management principles and practices.
  • Previous experience providing administrative support in laboratory or research environments is preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with qualification and validation processes in regulated industries is advantageous.
  • Relevant certifications such as MCSE, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent are a plus.
