Job Title: Lease Administrator
Location: Los Gatos, CA (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a Lease Administrator to oversee lease management activities across the EMEA and APAC regions. This role involves reviewing lease agreements, managing rent payments, and supporting lease accounting processes. The ideal candidate will be proficient in lease management tools and capable of supporting the team during high-demand periods and employee absences.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage lease administration for EMEA/APAC regions, with a focus on reviewing leases, rent payments, and accounting.
- Utilize lease system databases for efficient management.
- Work with tools such as Sequentra, CoStar, Workday, Smartsheet, and GSuite.
- Be prepared for occasional overtime during quarter ends due to urgent accounting/finance needs.
- Provide coverage for team members on leave, as needed.
Skills Required:
- Experience in managing leases for EMEA/APAC regions.
- Familiarity with lease system databases.
- Proficiency in tools like Sequentra, CoStar, Workday, Smartsheet, and GSuite.
- Ability to handle occasional overtime during quarter ends.
- Flexibility to provide coverage for team members on leave.
