Job Title: Manager-Program/Contract 3
Location: Rosemead, CA (Hybrid)
Job Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a portfolio of physical security technology capital projects valued between $10K and $1M.
- Lead efforts to mitigate project risks, alerting key stakeholders of problem areas and working with project teams on solutions.
- Review physical security engineering plans/drawings to ensure alignment with established security standards, processes, and business/project goals.
- Communicate daily with various personnel to support scope, schedule, budgets, and coordination of vendor field activities.
- Present project status updates at daily, weekly, and monthly project status meetings.
- Maintain and update monthly project status reports to ensure project health including scope, schedule, and financial progress.
Skills Required:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of contract management experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Experience developing medium to complex project schedules using MS Project.
- Experience maintaining project budgets and developing financial forecasts.
- Ability to read and interpret construction and MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) drawings.
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or other related fields.
- PMP Certification.
- Experience with OSHA safety.
