Job Title: Marketing / Proposal Strategist
Job Summary:
- As a Marketing/Proposal Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's business growth in the southwest region. You will be responsible for leading proposal efforts, coordinating internal communications, and executing events. You will work closely with various teams to develop distinctive value propositions that enhance our client's competitive position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the proposal development process, including scheduling and organizing go/no-go meetings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate internal communications and events.
- Utilize graphic design skills to update Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) packages.
- Assist in proofreading and editing proposal copy to optimize submissions.
- Perform post-submittal activities and support the development of metrics.
- Attend professional associations, conferences, and trade shows to build a professional network.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, business development, or sales with a professional services firm.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
- Certified Proposal Management Professional (CF APMP) or equivalent preferred.
- Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) or equivalent preferred.
