Job Title: Materials Control Specialist
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an individual who will play a key role in ensuring the seamless coordination and delivery of materials across engineering projects. Our team values those who can manage complex procurement processes and foster interdepartmental collaboration to meet project objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate material procurement and delivery to support engineering and construction activities.
- Gather cost and delivery information for materials and equipment during project planning phases.
- Serve as liaison between design, materials management, project management, and construction site teams.
- Administer and manage material control documents, including requisitions, purchase orders, and receiving reports.
Required:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
- 0-2 years of experience in a related role within the oil and gas industry.
- Ability to administer material control documents and manage vendor drawings and technical data.
- Must complete FERC SOC and FERC ICA training requirements.
