Job Title: MCS Supply Chain Associate
Location: Thousand Oaks, CA (Hybrid – 1 or 2 Days Onsite)
Pay Rate: $30/hr – $32/hr
Working hours: 7 AM – 4 PM or 8:00 – 5:00 PM (day shifts)
Job Summary
- Join our dynamic Development Supply Chain (DSC) team, a crucial part of our client’s operations, ensuring the end-to-end delivery of products, process knowledge, and technology solutions. As a Supply Chain Associate, you’ll play a key role in our Global Study Planning (GSP) team, forecasting and planning inventory in centralized warehouses and local hospitals. Your work will directly impact patient care by ensuring the timely availability of products for clinical trials globally.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all cGMP guidelines and our client’s procedures, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Apply standard Supply Chain and MRP planning principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.
- Support the generation of reports to enable Global Study Planners’ critical activities.
- Identify opportunities for business process improvements, reporting, and metrics enhancements.
- Maintain purchase orders and master data in SAP, collaborating with the Corporate Master Data group.
- Coordinate logistics activities, interface with internal and external clients, and resolve issues.
- Prepare and communicate regular updates to key stakeholders, including senior management.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Associate degree with 4 years of experience or High school diploma/GED with 6 years of experience).
- Background in Supply Chain/Planning, preferably in the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Strong problem-solving and issue resolution skills.
- Experience in a GMP environment.
- Tech-savvy, with a preference for AI and Smartsheet experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
