Job Title: MCS Supply Chain Associate
Location: Thousand Oaks, CA (onsite 1 or 2 days a week, must be local)
Working Hours: 7 AM – 4 PM or 8 AM – 5 PM (day shifts)
Job Summary:
- Join our Development Supply Chain (DSC) team, a dynamic group responsible for the end-to-end delivery of products, process knowledge, and technology solutions. Our mission is to accelerate product commercialization and ensure global availability of products for clinical trials. As a MCS Supply Chain Associate, you will be a part of the Global Study Planning (GSP) team, ensuring efficient inventory management in centralized warehouses and local hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all cGMP guidelines and our client’s procedures.
- Apply standard Supply Chain and MRP planning principles.
- Support initiatives to improve business processes, reporting, and metrics.
- Maintain purchase orders and master data in SAP.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure planned product shipments to global warehouses.
- Organize data and report metrics to management.
- Coordinate logistics activities and interface with internal and external clients.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Supply Chain/Planning, preferably in the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Strong problem-solving and issue resolution skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience in AI and Smartsheet.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
