Exciting Remote Opportunity: MCS Supply Chain Sr. Associate (Pacific Time Zone)

Location: Remote (Must work Pacific Time Zone hours)

Are you an experienced supply chain planner with a passion for logistics and clinical program management? We are seeking a dedicated MCS Supply Chain Sr. Associate to join our team. In this role, you will manage the demand and supply for Pre-Clinical and Phase I Clinical Programs, ensuring the seamless coordination of all supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate Toxicology, Pharmacokinetics and Drug Metabolism (PKDM) and Clinical Development study requirements into an actionable supply plan.
  • Coordinate labeling, packaging, and shipment of packed supplies.
  • Create and provide multiple planning scenarios based on various combinations of inputs and variables, as required.
  • Lead forecasting meetings with key stakeholder to ensure the adequacy of supply/re-supply and negotiate resolution of resource conflicts where necessary.
  • Assess issues with regards to study design, supply availability, and timelines.
  • Promptly identify and escalate risks to study supply to all key stakeholders and internal management.
  • Represent GCSCM in cross-functional teams and projects at the direction of GCSCM management.
  • Strategize with study managers and review study protocols to determine appropriate packaging configurations, blinding techniques, and optimal distribution plans.
  • Actively participate in planning meetings to ensure that project needs, priorities, and timing are understood.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Warehouse planning. Working with warehouse staff planning internally between two sites.
  • Planning experience and Logistic Experience preferred
  • SAP Material and inventory management, versions MM and IM and R3.
  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • 5 + years of work experience in the planning, manufacturing and global distribution of medicinal products
  • 3 + years organizational or program management (leading teams, cross-functional problem solving, performance management, budget oversight, process development and improvement)
  • 3+ years of supply chain management using SAP (logistics, supply planning, demand management)
  • APICS CPIM/CIRM certification
